The "Sansevieria trifasciata" or "Mother-in-law's tongue" has wide strap-like, upright leaves that are green and stamped with wavy cross stripes in a lighter shading. This striping also gives it the nickname "snake plant".

All sansevieria are quite versatile, adaptable and easy to look after. This is a large specimen plant and great for a medium to high light location and will do well with minimal care.
