At Blooms Flowers, we always strive to bring you the best service possible from the time you log onto our website, to when your flowers are delivered.
Here you will be able to track the status of your order at any time. To check the status of your recent order you must have your order number and login details to hand. This number can be found on the order confirmation email that you would have received after you place your order.
How our tracking service works
At each step of our order process, the status of your order is changed and updated. Our staff will confirm they have received your order and once it has been created, it will be scheduled for delivery.
If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers, the driver if appropriate, will leave it with either a neighbour or in a safe place, otherwise, they will return the flowers back to the shop. Our drivers will always leave a calling card detailing where the gift has been left or let your recipient know how to re-arrange a convenient time for delivery.
On returning from the delivery, your flower delivery status will be updated. We aim to ensure all our standard deliveries are marked as delivered by 6pm.
